I'm a former fashion&textile designer who is actually working in the word of decoration&design. I'm italian and my studio is based in Milan, Italy.

DO YOU ACCEPT DEBIT CARD?

All payments are made via PayPal.  You do not need a PayPal account in order to make payment. I accept Visa, Maestro, Mastercard and American Express; credit and debit cards.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

The orders related to the plates should arrive between 15-20 working days. You will be constantly updated about it; The delivery of the wallcoverings takes around 25-30 days, because they are produced only upon request.

I LIVE IN MILAN, CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER AT YOUR STUDIO ?

Yes you can! Before you made your order, just drop me an email with your request so we can set up collection time and date.

DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM ORDERS?

Yes! I love working on custom requests or collaborations, big and small. Get in touch with your ideas.

ARE YOUR GLAZES FOOD SAFE?

Yes they are!

IS THERE ANY SPECIAL CARE RECOMMENDATIONS FOR THE PIECES I JUST BOUGHT?

All pieces are dishwasher safe but hand wash is recommended to make them last longer.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

In case you need a return please contact me within 3 days of delivery. I will refund the item cost but no shipping or return postage. The wallcoverings cannot be returned.
